I heard Japanese in Hawaii are one of the major and most influential ethnic groups in Hawaii. So, I think there are Japanese influenced foods in Hawaii, and Origini is the one of it. I like Origini, and there are various kinds of flavors :) Also, interestingly there are spam menus in McDonald's! I haven't been in Hawaii, but I will try all of things that you mentioned :) It is a great post and has lots of imformation!
